SEILPARTNER Windkraft GmbH is your service specialist for inspection, service and repair works on rotor blades, turbine towers and plant components. We work world-wide, on- and offshore independent of turbine type, using rope access, cherry pickers or maintenance platforms. Fast, flexible and in nearly any weather conditions, we prevent or minimise downtimes and ensure the efficiency and longevity of your wind turbine.

Since we founded our company in the year 1995, we have operated globally on more than 1000 wind turbines annually. Based on this long-term experience we can provide you with an extensive portfolio, in terms of expertise and experience.

Seilpartner Windkraft GmbH is approved for the repair of rotor blades for wind turbines by DNV GL and works with a certificated quality management system, according to the German industry standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.

We also offer a comprehensive training program, are the training organisation and the expert partner of the Chamber of Crafts, Berlin.

All of our employees have a permanent employment contract many of whom look back on a long-term company affiliation.

We are looking for dedicated employees for our team.

As a service technician and rope access worker you will execute various assembly, maintenance, inspection and repair services on rotor blades and wind turbine towers world-wide. The high access work takes place using rope access technology, cherry picker or rotor blade maintenance platforms.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum age, 20 years
• Manual training and technical understanding
• Certification and experience with rope access technology (e.g. FISAT training)
• Driver’s license class B or higher
• Skill in handling fibre reinforced plastics
• German language skills are basic condition
• Further language skills are an asset
