Turbine Components

The examination intervals are derived from the German Product Safety Law (Produktsicherheitsgesetz - ProdSG) and the Work Safety Regulations (Betriebssicherheitsverordnung - BetrSichV)

The operator is responsible for the compliance to the legal framework.

The operator is a natural or juridical person, who decrees over the plant and takes responsibility for operating the facility. The ownership structure is irrelevant. We will assist you in complying with your terms and duties.

In addition to rotor blades and turbine towers, we also inspect attachments and additional parts, parts of personal protective equipment and selected maintenance platforms. We support the operators of wind energy plants in determining the inspection periods based on executed safety evaluations and manufacturers recommendations.

All damages that are not categorized under rotor blades or turbine towers will be recognized early on, to prevent long downtimes.

This includes transport or construction damages to components like the nacelle or the hub cover.

Besides all types of external installations, for instance the air traffic control lighting, or the exchange of power rails internally, our flexible and specialised skills enable us to execute all kinds of assembly work.

This includes the assembly of advertising media or the exchange of logos on the nacelle.

Furthermore, we plan, develop and install high access and rescue concepts for small and large sites, on- and offshore.
